\nDestination Education is currently seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Supply Primary School Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools. With the new academic year approaching, this is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking to secure flexible work for a September start while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.\n
\nAs a Supply Primary School Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher. Opportunities may include day-to-day cover, short-term assignments, and longer-term placements across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings, with schools already planning their staffing requirements for September.\n

\n Key Responsibilities\n
\n

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of year groups.
\n
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
\n
• Follow school policies and procedures effectively.
\n
• Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task throughout lessons.
\n
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations.
\n
• Adapt confidently to different school settings and teaching environments.
\n
• Provide feedback to school staff regarding pupil progress and lesson outcomes.
\n

The Ideal Candidate\n
\n

\n
• Holds QTS or equivalent.
\n
• Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
\n
• Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
\n
• Is flexible, reliable, and confident working across different year groups.
\n
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
\n
