Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
\nJoin a well-established shopfitting and bespoke joinery contractor delivering high-quality retail, hospitality and commercial fit-out projects across the UK.
\nThey are looking for an Estimator to join the team, taking responsibility for pricing and tendering a range of joinery shopfitting & interior fit out projects from enquiry through to submission.

- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation. \n
- Producing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions. \n
- Preparing take-offs and bills of quantities. \n
- Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations. \n
- Pricing bespoke joinery, manufacturing and fit-out packages. \n
- Identifying value engineering opportunities where appropriate. \n
- Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams throughout the tender process. \n
Requirements\n
- \n
- Previous estimating experience within joinery, shopfitting or interior fit-out. \n
- Strong understanding of bespoke joinery and manufacturing processes. \n
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. \n
- Good commercial awareness and attention to detail. \n
- Strong communication and organisational skills. \n
- Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Excel would be advantageous. \n
