Secondary HLTA

Start Date: September (or sooner) Contract Type: Temp to Perm 📢 The Role Exclusive Education are looking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support at a welcoming secondary school in the Bolton area. 🎓 Role & Responsibilities * Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a range of subjects * Work alongside teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom activities * Deliver targeted interventions and small group sessions to support student progress * Provide one-to-one support for students where required, including those with additional needs * Assist with preparation of classroom resources and learning materials * Promote positive behaviour and support classroom management strategies * Monitor and report on student progress to teaching staff * Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment ✅ Requirements * HLTA or Level 3 TA Qualification * Experience supporting students across KS3 and KS4 is ideal but primary or other settings are accepted * Good understanding of classroom practices and behaviour management * A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach * An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) 📩 Apply Today If you are a dedicated HLTA looking for a rewarding temp-to-perm role in Bolton starting in September (or sooner), we would love to hear from you. 👉 Apply now with your CV or contact Exclusive Education for more information
