\n Key Responsibilities\n
\n Manage a medium sized residential care home.\n
\n Achieve and maintain CQC registration, embedding strong governance and compliance from the outset.\n
\n Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing senior and frontline team.\n
\n Establish a positive culture focused on quality, dignity, and sustainable growth.\n
\n About You\n
\n Proven experience commissioning a care home or service.\n
\n Experience working as a Registered Manager in a CQC-regulated care environment.\n
\n Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and inspection readiness.\n
