Recruitment Coordinator

Role: Recruitment Coordinator Location: Liverpool, L11 Pay Rate: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract Start Date: Immediate Hours: Monday to Friday (flexible hours available, part-time considered) We are recruiting for a Recruitment Support Coordinator to support a leading parcel delivery operation across Preston, Liverpool, Middleton and Stoke. This is a hands-on recruitment role where candidate outreach will form the majority of your day, alongside supporting depot recruitment activities and onboarding new starters. Key Responsibilities • Proactively contact and engage potential candidates • Screen applicants and discuss available opportunities • Support recruitment open days and candidate registration events • Manage onboarding and compliance processes • Coordinate interviews, inductions and start dates • Book meetings and support recruitment activity • Maintain recruitment systems and candidate records • Build strong working relationships with operational teams What We're Looking For • Previous recruitment, administration or customer-facing experience • Excellent communication and telephone skills • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Full UK driving licence • Self-motivated and proactive What We Offer • £16.00 - £17.00 per hour • Flexible working arrangements • Immediate start • Long-term rolling contract opportunity If this sounds like the right fit for you, we'd love to hear from you.
