Recruitment Coordinator

Role: Recruitment Coordinator Location: Cardiff, CF3 Pay Rate: £16.00 - £17.00 per hour Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract Start Date: Immediate Hours: Monday to Friday (flexible hours available, part-time considered) We are looking for a Recruitment Support Coordinator to support a busy parcel delivery network across Swansea, Cardiff and Gloucester. This role would suit somebody who enjoys speaking with people, building candidate pipelines and supporting high-volume recruitment activity. Key Responsibilities • Proactively contact and engage potential candidates • Conduct initial candidate screening and suitability checks • Support and host recruitment open days • Manage candidate onboarding and compliance • Coordinate interviews, inductions and start dates • Book business meetings and support recruitment planning • Maintain accurate records and recruitment reports • Work closely with operational managers to fulfil staffing requirements What We're Looking For • Previous recruitment, administration or customer service experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently • Full UK driving licence • Professional and proactive attitude What We Offer • £16.00 - £17.00 per hour • Flexible working hours • Immediate start available • Ongoing 3-month rolling contract If this sounds like the right fit for you, we'd love to hear from you.
