Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Responding to customer queries in both Portuguese and English via phone and email
\n - Supporting the full lifecycle of claims, from information gathering to resolution
\n - Maintaining accurate customer records and case notes in the system
\n - Providing clear, empathetic, and professional communication at all times
\n - Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth and timely customer support
\n - Handling complaints in line with company policy

Candidate Requirements:
\n
\n - Fluency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
\n - Strong customer service skills with a desire to deliver excellent experiences
\n - Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
\n - Confident communication and problem-solving skills
\n - Previous experience in customer service or claims handling is an advantage, but not essential
\n - Proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn
