\n - Hours: 15hrs a week (Wednesday to Friday inclusive 9.00am to 2.00pm OR Thursday and Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch)

\n - Location: Near Farnham (free parking available)

A leading consultancy based near Farnham is seeking an experienced Part Time Administrator.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
\n - Managing programme of work for one of major client requiring meticulous attention to detail
\n - General administration including electronic filing of reports and correspondence
\n - Dealing with customers and industry associates at all levels with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency
\n - Managing and prioritising telephone calls
\n - Working as part of the administrative team dealing with client enquiries and projects and general administration
\n
\n
\n
Skills & Experience Required
\n
\n - Educated to A level or equivalent, degree preferred
\n - At least three years of experience, preferably working in a corporate, commercial environment
\n - Strong PC skills – ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and databases and SharePoint
\n - Articulate and numerate with excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
\n - An approachable personality with a willingness to tackle a range of jobs
\n - Ability to prioritise own workload and balance numerous tasks
\n - Touch typing
\n - Excellent attention to detail
\n - Car driver essential (due to rural location of the office)
