\nSHIFT PATTERN: M- F, 8-5pm

\nROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
\nYou will be utilising your core skills as an Air Conditioning service engineer, reactive fault diagnostics and installations associated to this companys core activities
\nFull commissioning and servicing of HVAC Equipment, Chillers and associated Air Handling Units and other associated equipment.
\nAssist with Warranty Repairs were necessary
\nCompile reports and information sheets according to the companys Quality System, for purposes of conveying information regarding the quality and performance of individual installations.
\nCo-operation with contracts staff were necessary to achieve our employers acceptance in line with agreed contract terms.
\nProduce non-commissioning related documentation as dictated by workload, ie. Technical reports and reject reports for failures of components or plant.
\nResponsible for own Health & Safety on site and follow Method Statements and Risk Assessments as standard on all sites, highlighting specific requirements as required.
\nLiaise with Contract Managers and contract support in arranging delivery and collection of materials and/or consumables.
\nAssist as necessary, with scope of abilities; with service, maintenance and warranty work should commissioning workload become sporadic.
\nPromote the after sales Service and Maintenance Divisions of the Company.
\nLaisse with the Contract Manager / contract support and report any issues, which may be causing problems on site and may delay the completion of the contract or jeopardise the satisfaction of the customer.
\nAny other duties, projects etc. that are necessary for the achievement of the companys Objectives within the remit of the role. Note: the above list is not exhaustive and may be reviewed from time to time with the role holder.
\nFlexibility to work within several sites with different variety of customers and sites.
\nRegular on call cover to attend site emergencies, outside of normal working hours
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\nCompleting a weekly time sheet correctly and submitting it to your line manager weekly.
\nSubmitting Expenses weekly with all supporting receipts.
\nCompleting all necessary paperwork for the customer whilst on site and obtaining a customers signature to enable the job attended to be invoiced without any delays.
\nCompleting engineers worksheet in full, giving full details of plant that requires additional work.
\nCompleting the Minor Works and Installation Certificates on completion of any electrical installations or alterations.
\nPhoning in to your line manager / office administrator at the end of every job to update.
\nPhoning in to the office helpdesk at the end of the day after your last job as part of the lone working procedure.
\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
\nEssential
\nFull UK Driving License (maximum 6 points on license and no cases pending)
\nDesirable but not essential qualifications or licences:
\nIPAF, PASMA
\nKnowledge and use of computer software Microsoft Office, Building Management Systems
\nHVAC & Building Services Engineering experience
\nCity & Guilds/NVQ - Building Services Engineering or Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent
\nKnowledge
\nFGAS regulation (City & Guilds)
\nNVQ / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning and / or Refrigeration
\nManufacturer course / knowledge
\nExperience
\nMinimum of 2 years field based Service / Fault Finding experience
