Junior Sales Executive Job Type: Permanent, Hybrid. Job Description We're looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the IT sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in sales, offering structured development and genuine progression as the business continues to grow. The role is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week based in their offices in Sunderland and the rest based from home. Key Responsibilities * Identify and research prospective clients within the target market. * Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media. * Engage with prospects to understand their business needs. * Arrange introductory meetings and product demonstrations. * Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities. * Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs. * Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to team success. Requirements * Strong interest in building a career in IT sales. * Previous sales experience within B2C, Retail, or a targeted role is advantageous but not essential. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Comfortable using digital communication tools and social media. * Self-motivated with good time management. * Competent using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. As Junior Sales Executive, the successful applicant can expect a salary of £26,000 - £28,000, plus a £6,000 performance bonus.
