Role Title: Software Engineer/GoLang Developer
\n Contract duration: 12 months
\n Location: Burgess Hill- 3 days a week onsite

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
\n
• We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications.
\n
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GoLang development, B2B API integration, network security and cloud-based services, and automated testing practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions, optimize system performance, and contribute to modern cloud-native architectures.
\n

Key Skills & Experience:

\n
• Strong hands-on experience with GoLang and related frameworks
\n
• Experience building and deploying applications on Hydra & TIMS hosted services
\n
• Knowledge of automated testing, including unit, integration, performance and end-to-end testing
\n
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), source control, and agile development practices.
\n
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
\n
• Delivery on Payment Cloud services is desirable
\n

Responsibilities:

\n
• Develop and maintain high-quality GoLang applications and services
\n
• Implement and support cloud-based infrastructure and services.
\n
• Create and maintain automated test suites to ensure software quality.
\n
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
\n
