\nEleven 11 Recruitment is currently recruiting a compassionate and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to support a lady across services in Oswestry and Wem. This role has a strong community focus, supporting her to enjoy an active and fulfilling lifestyle while promoting her independence\n
\nCandidates must be flexible to work across the week, including weekends where required.\n
\nDriving Requirements:\n
\nCandidates must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to their own vehicle with business insurance due to the community-based nature of the role and supporting individuals with activities and appointments.\n
\nAbout the Role:\n
\nWe are recruiting for Support Workers to support a lady in the Oswestry area as well as providing support within an additional service in Wem.\n
\nThis role includes a large amount of community-based support, therefore we are seeking someone who enjoys being active, engaging with people and supporting individuals to enjoy the activities that matter most to them.\n
\nThe lady enjoys:\n
\n Walking and spending time outdoors\n
\n Visiting farms and zoos\n
\n Horse riding\n
\n Cafés and lunches out\n
\n Bowling\n
\n Shopping and community activities\n
\nThere are also two friendly dogs within the service, so applicants must be comfortable around dogs.\n
\nShift Pattern\n
\nCandidates must be fully flexible to work daytime shifts across a 7-day rota.\n
\nTypical shift hours are:\n
\n 9:00am 5:00pm\n
\nWhat Youll Be Doing:\n
\nYour day-to-day responsibilities may include:\n
\n Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities to live independently\n
\n Assisting with everyday tasks such as shopping, cooking and household activities\n
\n Supporting access to social activities and community opportunities\n
\n Encouraging family relationships and social connections\n
\n Providing personal care where required in a respectful and dignified manner\n
\n Promoting independence, wellbeing and choice\n
\n Making each day enjoyable and engaging for the people you support\n

\nNo previous care experience is required.\n
\nIf you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, childcare or other people-focused roles, you may already have valuable transferable skills full training and support will be provided.\n
