We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Swindon team, specialising in the education sector across Swindon, Wiltshire, and the surrounding areas. About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing education professionals across primary, secondary, and SEN schools in the local area. You'll manage both client and candidate relationships, ensuring high-quality placements while contributing to our strong reputation within the market. Key Responsibilities Sourcing and attracting top talent including teachers, teaching assistants, school leaders, and support staff Building and maintaining strong relationships with local schools and educational institutions Interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and assessing suitability Supporting clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process Meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs Managing and developing a portfolio of clients across Swindon and Wiltshire Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveryIdeal Candidate Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role (education experience is a bonus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisation and time management Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused A genuine interest in the education sector A strong work ethic with a desire to succeedWhy Join Us?
