Counterbalance Forklift Drivers Needed - Weekly Pay

Quest Employment are currently looking for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation based in the Lodge Farm area of Northampton.

This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking regular night shift work, weekly pay and the chance to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks. You will be working within a modern warehouse environment as part of a fast-paced and supportive team.

The Role

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your duties may include:

\n
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift to load, unload and move goods safely
\n
• Stacking, palletising and organising stock
\n
• Moving goods around the warehouse and yard areas
\n
• Completing basic equipment checks before use
\n
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
\n
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
\n
• Following all site health and safety procedures
\n

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who:

\n
• Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence, such as ITSSAR, RTITB or AITT
\n
• Have previous warehouse or logistics experience
\n
• Are confident operating a Counterbalance FLT in a busy environment
\n
• Have good attention to detail and organisational skills
\n
• Are reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
\n
• Can work well independently and as part of a team
\n
