Job Title: Class 2 Driver - Refuse Wagon Location: Milton Keynes Pay Rate: £16.00 to £17.93 p/h Shifts: Monday to Friday (04:00 - 13:30) Driver Type: Class 2 Experience: 12 months class 2 experience - essential  Fifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in Milton Keynes to work with our client, who provide all types of business with commercial waste disposal and recycling.  Previous experience working in the waste industry would be beneficial.    Employee Benefits: Competitive Salary: £17.50 to £29.42 per hour £16.00 basic + £1.93 holiday pay Immediate Starts: Begin earning immediately Weekly Pay: Payday every Friday Overtime Opportunities: Boost your earnings Excellent Facilities: - Comfortable break areas - Vending machines - Free, secure car parking Career Growth: Excellent opportunities Hours: - Monday to Friday working  - Shift times - 04:00 to 13:30 This role may require you to complete a Driving Assessment before you can be allocated a shift.   Roles & Responsibilities: - Driving and operating a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle - Collecting refuse from different local areas each day - Working alongside the loaders when required - Assisting with the manual movement of domestic wheelie bins - Working safely around pedestrians, traffic, and other road users All applicants are expected to complete work to a high standard while following site safety procedures.    About you: You will have your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations. You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
